苔玉-Kokedama-養護要點
苔玉(Kokedama) 是種植方式的其中一種。
只是特別在苔玉不使用盆器，而是用苔蘚來包裹植物。提供更透氣的空間給泥土，可有效避免過量積水造成植物根部腐爛。
苔蘚也是一種植物，只需簡單照顧，通常可跟苔玉上的植物一同適應環境。

A Japanese Style Bonsai called Kokedama (moss ball), it mould with soils, moss and a plant to build a nature ecosystem to make a Bonsai grown easier and stylish.

苔玉大致可分成三種的澆水方法：
Watering the Kokedama:
1.全浸透式加水(Soak)
把苔玉全浸在水中，直至氣泡消失，表示水份已充足滲入泥球。
Soak the Kokedama into water until no bubbles floating out.
2.腰水(Half-Soak)
把水適量倒在苔玉底部。(晚間需要檢查是否還有積水，有的話要倒掉抺乾，特別是春夏季)。
Filling water in-between the plate and Kokedama moderately. (check if it's have puddles at night and wipe until dry, especially placed in a high humidity environment / seasons )
3.噴霧(Spray)
用噴霧器把水噴向苔玉或植物附近。令苔蘚表面保持濕潤或氣溫太高時可為植物降溫。
Spray water straight to the plant and moss can keep them moist or cooling down at a high temperature environment.
4.沖浸(Flushing)
把苔玉放在水喉下，用慢水慢慢沖浸苔蘚表面大概10-15秒。
Place near the water-tap and flushing to the moss ball with a slow, gentle water for about 10-15 seconds.
以下是苔玉的澆水時機參考：
Timing of watering the Kokedama :
*澆水頻率及方法可按季節、空氣濕度、氣溫、通風程度及個人習慣調節，不能一概而論。主要靠觀察/觸摸苔玉表面的苔蘚濕潤程度而定，基本上保持苔蘚觸感上微濕 就可以了。
總括說，噴霧增加濕度可稍為頻密（但不要過量），特別是室內、冷暖氣開啟的空間。
而全浸式加水或腰水要依靠觸感或經驗判斷，總之不要水份過少（觸感乾燥）或過量（有積水、苔蘚變深綠色）就大致安全了。
*圖表適用參考於空氣流通、沒有空調的室內環境，也請不要放在抽濕器附近。

*圖表中的「全浸透加水」包括了方法1及2 (浸沒苔玉及腰水)。請視乎苔玉觸感的濕度並只選其中一種方式。
The "Soak" icon represents either way "Soak" or "Half-Soak".
Chose only one way depending on the Kokedama‘s humidity.
*實際情況依據特別的植物品種或室內環境而可能有調節。
This table might need to be adjusted with some specific plants and environment.
*如果條件許可的話，水源建議使用過濾水或經過靜置一晚（散走氯氣/氟氣）的水喉水。
Using filtered water or water with no Chloride to watering.
